Regina Marie Wilford was born on March 19, 1959 to the late Pauline and Ovanus Flowers in Detroit, Michigan.
She moved to Little Rock, Arkansas in 1973 with her mother and brother.
Regina was a 1977 graduate of Hall High School in Little Rock, Arkansas. She was also a 2009 graduate of Heritage College.
She married Michael Parks in 1985 and to that union a daughter was born, Alicia Patrice Parks. Regina married George Wilford in 1992 and to this union two (2) daughters were born, Raneshia Dionne Wilford and Cenita Auline Wilford.
Regina was baptized alongside her oldest daughter at Fellowship Baptist Church under the leadership of James T. Phillips in 1993. She has always loved singing in the choir and was a member of Mt. Sinai Baptist Church under the leadership of Clifton A. Conley.
She was an avid bus driver for Laidlaw and loved taking her kids to school and bringing them home. Regina then found a love in the Pharmaceutical Community and became a Pharmacy Technician and delivered medications.
Regina would always keep you laughing and her signature quotes will be remembered: “Whattttt,” and “No she didn’t.”
She was preceded in death by her parents: Pauline and Ray Hussey, Sr.; and her father: Ovanus Flowers.
Regina leaves to cherish her memories three (3) daughters: Alicia Parks; Raneshia Wilford; and Cenita Wilford; three (3) granddaughters: Kayla Brakebill; Toni Lyons; and Bobbieanna Lyons; her husband of over thirty (30) years: George Wilford, Jr.; two (2) older brothers: David (Kim) Lowe; and Derrick (Ernnie) Flowers; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends.
