Elvin James Thomas was born September 19, 1960 in Marvell, Arkansas to the late Clarence Thomas and Cora Lee (Goods) Thomas.
Elvin accepted Christ at an early age, attending Mount Olive Missionary Baptist Church in Marvell, Arkansas. After receiving his diploma in General Studies from Marvell High School (Class of 1979), he proudly served his country for a short period of time in the Army National Guard.
He was preceded in death by his father: Clarence Thomas; three (3) brothers: Harrison Thomas, David Thomas, and Shelby Thomas.
Elvin leaves to cherish his loving memories his mother: Cora Lee Thomas of Marvell, Arkansas; two (2) sisters: Delois Thomas of Marvell, Arkansas; and Janell Jasper of Little Rock, Arkansas; three (3) brothers: William (Verlin) Thomas of Mellwood, Arkansas; Alfred (Kisa) Thomas of Little Rock, Arkansas; and Courtney (Tequila) Thomas of Little Rock, Arkansas; two (2) sisters-in-law: Annette Thomas of Shreveport, Louisiana; and (special sister-in-law / buddy) Frederica Thomas of Little Rock, Arkansas; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
